Welcome to Digital Jamaica, powered by the Atlas AI Platform and operated by Intellibus Jamaica LTD LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, dashboards, and related applications, including:

• atlas.jm, atlas.intellibus.com, and all Atlas coordination dashboards
• jobcreation.ai
• public.wdg.org

By accessing or using any of these platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Intellibus Jamaica LTD LLC, registered in Jamaica, operates as the national technology partner under the Digital Jamaica 2035 WDG Initiative — in collaboration with the Government of Jamaica, the World Digital Governance Council (WDG), and recognized development partners.

Our mission is to deliver secure, transparent, and AI-enabled digital infrastructure for Jamaica's national transformation and job creation programs.

Our platforms provide coordination, data, and reporting tools that support:

• Government ministries, agencies, and donors in tracking projects and aid programs.
• Citizens and community coordinators in submitting verified needs and field updates.
• Students, professionals, and partners participating in training, SPEED Labs, and AI Academy initiatives.

These tools are offered for public interest, development, and educational purposes — not for resale or private commercial exploitation.

Some features require registration or authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, security concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Upload or transmit offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt network security or functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect national systems or comply with lawful orders.

Your data is handled in accordance with the Jamaica Data Protection Act (2020) and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described there.

Personal data may be processed for coordination, transparency, and development purposes, always under appropriate safeguards and encryption.

All software, design, content, and materials provided on our platforms are owned or licensed by Intellibus Jamaica LTD LLC, the Government of Jamaica, or respective development partners.

You may view and use the content for lawful, authorized purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute materials without written consent.

Our platforms may contain links to external websites or partner dashboards (e.g., donor portals, government systems, learning platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Use of these links is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

We aim to maintain high uptime and reliability. However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances (including natural disasters or national emergencies).

We may modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice when possible. Critical government or donor services will be prioritized for continuity.

All services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability or error-free operation
• Accuracy of external data or third-party inputs
• Absence of viruses or harmful code

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Jamaican law:

• Intellibus Jamaica LTD LLC, its officers, staff, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the equivalent of JMD $100,000 or the amount you paid for services (if any), whichever is less.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or breach of statutory duty.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellibus Jamaica LTD LLC, the Government of Jamaica, and affiliated partners from any claim or demand arising from:

• Your use of the services,
• Your breach of these Terms, or
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms;
• We are directed by law or government authority; or
• Continued access poses a security or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, but we may retain limited data for compliance or record-keeping.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, without prejudice to rights or obligations arising under international aid or data agreements.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in laws, technology, or program scope. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
